How can I buy lift tickets online?
May I buy severeral lift tickes in one transaction?
My child is under 4 years old, what does this process look like for them?
Upon approval children 4 and under qualify for a $3 lift/slope ticket obtained in the administration office or the ski/snowboard school building. This does NOT include rental equipment and lessons. 3 & 4 year old’s qualify for a $3 tubing or ice skating ticket obtained at the ice skating or tubing ticket counters. The child must be present and accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Do I have to enter my keycard number every time I reload?
No, just the first time upon creating your profile. Your account information will be saved so the next time you want to buy a ticket you may do so with ease.
Will I receive a receipt and confirmation?
Yes, an email will be sent to the address listed on your purchase.
Where do i find the chip/keycard number?
The number of your keycard is printed on your RFID card. Please insert these numbers exactly as they appear. If not entered correctly, your purchased product will not upload to your RFID card.
How can I get a keycard
Upon your first visit, you will receive a personalized RFID card. For lift/slope tickets, these must be purchased on-site, in person. For tubing and ice skating tickets, these must be purchased online and you will receive a QR code to be presented to the tubing or ice skating cashier and they will issue your RFID card which may be uploaded in the future.
Presale passes may also be purchased at the outside lift ticket counters or Administration Office for $3. These are blank tickets with no permissions upon purchase, but allows you to upload sessions to it.
When can I purchase online?
Lift/slope tickets can be reloaded up to two days in advance of your desired session.
Tubing and Ice Skating tickets may be purchased up to two days in advance of your desired session.
Sugar Bear Ski School and Polar Bear Snowboard School Full Day Program registration can be purchased up to four days in advance up until 6pm the day prior. No same day registration.
