All purchases are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, changed, or transferred. Sugar Mountain Resort does not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions, or open terrain. Your credit card account will be charged for the total amount of your purchase, regardless of if the purchased ticket(s) is/are used. Credit will not be given for any unused purchases and unused tubing or ice-skating cards cannot be used for future purchases.

Your tubing or ice-skating card is non-refundable and non-transferable. The Resort does not assume any responsibility for lost tubing/ice skating cards/passes. No replacements. Everyone must always have a valid tubing or ice-skating card to enter the tubing or ice-skating facility. Management reserves the right to revoke tubing or ice-skating card for misconduct. All prices and policies are subject to change without notice.

Using someone else’s ticket/pass is illegal! Violation of municipal ordinance Title XIII: General Offenses, Chapter 120.01 Ski Pass may result in a $500 fine and loss of pass.
